wensday june 10th
regular warmup then got right into my deads. first to set were warmup sets of 5 reps. my money set was 365 for five solid reps this one was tough but i pulled a 5 another great workout.

pressing was five singles heavy weight left side i used 32kg bell because that is a i had in me with good form. left side is alot weaker than right. right was iron mind 2 inch thick dumbellswith 70pounds on them they felt really easy and very effective to press .adam please let me know need to do toget the left as strong as the right, adam you know your shit and you are really helping me thanks

  1. Remember, it is a matter of practice. I will bet over the course of your life you have used that right arm over the left by 50% more. In time it will catch up, but one side will always lead the other.
