Workout sunday june 14th
Adam missed thursday and fridays workout was out of my control.
so today i started back on thursdays workout were i left off.
warm up set deadlifts 2 sets of 5 reps @ 285
money set was 370 five pounds heavier than last workout. went up real smooth and felt easy .
5 sets of pinch lift 25 pounds plate carries pick them up walk them 30 ft drop them nowhere near failure. not happy about missed work days but felt real good tonight. thanks adam.
