Workout for friday june19th
warmup hindu pushups 3 sets of 15.
tgu with 24kg bell 5 minutes [love that one}
goblet squat with 24kg bell
deadlift 2 warmup sets with 245 for 5 reps
money set same weight as yesterdays 390 for 2 singles this felt good with both single came up smooth never trained in deadlifting like this adam but i love the way i am starting to feel and the carry over will be great with all other exercises.
grip work
2 35 smooth side squeezed and walked and was shocked that they came up the way they did, my hands are comming along. 2 sets of those then went to 25 smooth side for some pinch and carry. Adam the pinch is the best carry over into all other strongman feats card tearing , phonebook ripping, bending it seems if you work the pinch properly it will yield great results and since you have world class grip and pinch strength can you offer up any hints to me as to what exercises you have had the best result with. thanks for all your help adam
