warm up set 2 sets 5 reps @ 285
money set 375 one set 5 reps pulled it smooth got all five felt good really snapped my hips. hit 5 lbs on all sets this week.
double clean test. just got 24kg bells first real test with 2 24kg bells.
good form through all 5 minutes i hit 45 total reps in 5 minutes i really like that exercise. completed week 4. ready to start week five.
