1st workout after three days off. regular warmup
3 sets of hindu pushups
tgu 5 minutes
goblet squats
Deadlifts 80% of one rep max so i worked with 385
i did 10 sets of two reps. felt great rested anywhere from 2 to 3 minutes in between sets. great workout had total control of the weight at all times. this took me about 35 minutes.
presses at 78 pounds
stacked kettlebell 24kg stacked with 25 pound kettlebell. sets of 1 singles not max but a heavy bell. completed that in 20 minutes that two felt really good and i could handle the weight like you said to. another great workout. thanks adam
