deadlift one set of three reps weight from last thursdays workout 370
warmup weight was 245
2 sets of 5 reps then hit all three reps @ 370 nice and smooth really trying to snapp my hips and get them stronger.
press were stacked kettlebell presses i used a 24kg bell and stacked it with a 25 pound bell three sets and three reps each side. first two sets i hit all three with good form on each side. third set i hit one on the left stop. switch to the right hit all three then took sometime walk around and got two singles another great workout.
grip work as follows pinch grip two 25 pound plates and walk about 20 ft switched hands did 2 sets of that. then strict plate curls with 25 pound plates 2 each side stayed a way from failure then finished it off with farmers walks on 2 inch thick iron mind dumbells. another great workout progress is being made
