saturday workout june 19th
active recovery day.
hindu pushups 3 sets 15 reps these are helping me out
tgu 24kg bell 5 min
goblet squats 24kgbell 3 sets of 5
swings with a lit bell 24kg sets of ten + ten, then right than 10 left every 90 sesonds, then did some real light jogging to keep moving after this week of deadlifting. another solid week finished with week 5 i will have tomm off to rest and recharge get my assignment from adam on sunday and will be looking forward to monday. adam this was a great week for me i love the work you are giving me and look forward to next week, thanks adam
