Mobility work hindu pushups 3 sets of 15 reps
Halos 2 setst of 5 each side
Goblet squats 3 sets of 5 reps 24kg bell
Handstand work 5sets of 10 sec holds this is really improving
Tgu with 16kg bell working on smoothness.
Single arm snatch and jerk ladders 1,2,3,4,5, in a 30 minute workzone.
I did 5 full ladders of 1,2,3,4,5, and my snatch felt better than it ever has finally making some progress with 24kg bell i missed the 6th ladder by 10 i only made it to 4 ladders on the last attempt. I think i did 160 reps in 30 minutes if my math is correct. Great workout i was spent after this one.
