after some much needed rest i feel recharged and it showed.
warmup was 20 hindu pushups to start the day then 3 sets of 15 reps.
bup with 16kg bell getting a little smoother. goblet squats 2 set of 7 reps with 16 kg bell.
halos 2 sets of 7 reps.
Workout was 20 set of 3 reps double snatch then squat = one i did this with 24 kg bells and set gymboss at 1 minute 20 second rest intervals. Awsome workout really taxing, but i felt good all the way through all movements are getting tighter. really liked this one.
After that pinch work hex dumbell just got it and after a few attempts was able to bring it up and lock it out. Maybe 6 months ago i had a hard time believing that would happen. I do not even train with these weights it all carryover. Then did some pinch and walks with 50 pounds, and some two hand pinch work, i am realizing pinch work has a huge carryover personal records are being destroyed this is starting to get really fun, and it only gets better in time.
