wednesday september 15th recording tuesday workout.
Mobilty drills everyday starts with hindu pushups today was 22 tomm 23 every three days i add one.
Bup gets with 16kg bell 5minutes rotating sides.
goblet squats 3 sets 5 reps 24 kg bell
handstand holds 5 sets 10 second holds
16kg walkabout working on these great movement i need alot of work on these.
Workout was 20 sets of 3 reps double snatch and squat.
did 20 sets with 24kg bells tried to saty within a 2 minute rest zone but was not able to stay within that range all the time. The double snatches and squats are excellent and i am loving every minute. I find my recovery time to be about one whole day as i am pretty taxed the next day. These kettlebell are excellent i am getting stronger but boy do these things feel heavy.
Grip work is progressing at an alarming rate i did not think that in such a short period of time my grip would get to the levels it has . I feel it is do to the prescribed exercises and the carryover. Prime example i have had my 75 pound hex weights for a week i have tried to lift them twice on my second try i pick them both up with my left and right hand together not that great of an accomplishment but it let my know i am making inprovements.
GRip work has been pinch and carry and alot of pinch pulls with various forms of steel.
