Hindu pushups 24,15,15
Halos 16kg bell 3 sets of 5 reps
Handstand holds 5 sets of 10 seconds
TGU bup with 16kg bell 5 minutes
Goblet squats 3 sets of 8 reps with 16kg bell felt strong.
Double snatch and front squat ladders armour style do not put bells down until 1,2,3, is completed. 20 minute workzone.
I did 5 complete 1,2,3 ladders then could not fight through it any more form failed.
Then i did 10 complete 1,2, ladders
this is an excellent workout as no muscle or lung goes untouched. Great program loving these workouts. So i did a total of 63 reps in 20 min.
Then took the 32kg bells for a 10 minute walk when the timer went off i turned around and walk back complete smoke show excellent finisher i love this one.
