halos 3 sets of 5 reps each way this needs work
Handstand work 5 sets of 10 seconds hold these are getting much better i feel much stronger in a handstand
get with 24kg bell felt really good first time i have done these in a month /been using bup get ups
goblet squat 3 sets of 8 reps with 16kg bell thes are progressing.
Double snatch and squat ladders 1,2,3, do not put bell done until 3 rd set is done. 20 minute workzone
What a workout this was. I am new to these kb and the taxing effect they have on you, but i must say i am getting better with them I used 24kg bell and hit 6 complete 1,2,3, ladders they were vicious more form went to shit on the 5 and six ladder and that is when i made the a move to only 1,2, i tried to fight through and get 3 but my form and strength levels are not there yet so i hit 9 1,2, ladders. Talk about full body workouts man never done anything like this stuff before as a matter of fact i have never trained like this in my life. I really love it so all in all it was 6 /1,2,3 ladders and 9 1,2 ladders that is 63 reps in 20 minutes i was gased after this one.
Then 10 minute walk with 32kg bells , walk 10 minutes away from my house then turned around and walk back not sure how far i made it but i was smoked from head to toe nothing was missed in this workout great stuff i tried to only set the bells down when needed and would rest anywhere from 10 to 20 seconds before carrying on. very effective tomm mobility and thursday on to the next workout.
