workout today was 3sets of hindu pushups
5 minute bup with 16kg bell
goblet squats 3 sets of 5 reps 16kg bell
halo 7 reps per side
i pick the pistol, clean and press ,snatch, and hanging leg raises.
today i did 3 sets of 3 reps in each of the above and i sucked at all of them made it through but could not get out of my gym fast enough crazy day and i sucked . weak weak weak is how i feel, just had some good rest the last three days. i walked 2 miles and did this workout. i will be much better tomm and i look forward to that.
