workout for sunday july 26th
i was on the road for vaction took my 16kg bell and did 5 (1,2,3,4,5) for a total of 75 reps on each side left and right side. Then i did 3(1,2,3,4,5) for a total of 45 pullups. regular warm up 3 sets of 15 reps no tgu and 5 sets of 5 reps goblet squats feeling strong and getting stronger.
