Monday july 27th 2009
I did 60 pullups throughout the day, got home and did my hindu pushups 3 sets of 15reps 5 sets of 5 reps goblet sqauts and did my turkish get ups with a 32kg bell 5*5 singles on each side alternating with heavy double clean and press singles. That will finis off the days workout.
