workout was three sets of hindu pushups 3rd set i only did 13 rested then two more
tgu with 24kg bell working on this it is getting better.
goblet squats with 16kg bell went deep focused on breathing did 5 box squats after every 5 goblet squats.
Then did 5 minutes of practice swings 33 reps with 2hands then didd 5 on left and five on the right with one hand. did 10 more with 24kg bell.
Double clean and push press with the 32kg bell in 12 minutes. did total of 14 reps with 32kg and with 4:33 drop to 24kg bell and 10 reps.
Double clean and squat with 32kg bell in 12 minutes did 12reps and with 4 minutes left drop to 24kg bell and did 9 reps 3 reps each series. love this workout love these kettlebells.
